In the app
- Open CRESIO Golf and sign in.
- Go to My profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, date of birth, county, club and location
- Your rounds, stats and targets
- Your schedule, personal events and notes
- Links with coaches or players, and lesson notes and videos you uploaded
What is kept
- Course cards you added stay in the shared course list, without your name.
- Lesson notes a coach wrote and shared with you stay with that coach.
- Anything we must keep by law. Backups are overwritten within [90] days.
