Your account
- You must be at least [13] to create a player account and 18 to create a coach account.
- Give accurate details, including your date of birth, and keep your password private.
- You can delete your account at any time.
Using CRESIO Golf
- Be respectful to other users. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share.
- Coaches must only link with players they genuinely coach, and must follow their own safeguarding obligations.
- You can report or block another user from their profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Event information
We gather event details from organisers and other public sources and check them before they are listed, but dates, limits and conditions can change. Always confirm the details on the organiser's official entry page before you enter or travel. Entries are made with the organiser, not with us.
Your content
You own the rounds, notes, photos and videos you add. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you choose to share them with. Course cards you add may be shown to all users.
Affiliate links
Some links in the app, including Places to stay near the venue, are affiliate links. If you book through them, CRESIO Golf may earn a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you. Bookings are made with the provider under their terms.
Subscriptions

Our liability
CRESIO Golf does not take or handle payments for hotels, event entries, travel or anything else booked with another company. When you book a hotel, enter an event or arrange travel, your contract is with that company (for example Booking.com, the hotel, or the event organiser), and their terms apply. Any questions about payments, cancellations or refunds must be taken up directly with the company you booked with.
We provide CRESIO Golf with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect event information from organisers, by third-party services such as Booking.com, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
